Community Events

Coffee Mornings

Fancy a coffee and a chat? We hold coffee mornings in the Village Hall on the last Saturday of each month from 10am to 12 noon excluding June and December. We have stalls selling cakes, cards, bric a brac and books for which donations are always welcome. The monies raised are divided between Methodist, local and national charities.

Pop-Up Cafe

Come and join us for a coffee and some cake and meet others in the community for a chat. This takes place every Tuesday 2.30-4.00pm and is usually held outside weather permitting. It would be good to see you.

Reading Group

The Reading Group meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month starting at 2pm.  We meet in each other's homes and following the discussion on the current book, we have coffee/tea cake/biscuits. Everyone is encouraged to recommend books which vary widely. Over the years we have ventured out to either Knutsford Literature Society talks, having a meal together or visit to Gawsworth Garden Theatre.
